Art in Nature: Prospect Park

In this art and nature workshop, we will connect with the beauty around us through creative expression, allowing ourselves to explore how the two feed one another. Various art materials will be provided (you get to choose which feels you would like to use). This is a process-based experience: we will tap into our intuition and let go of any preconceived ideas of what we want to make. It's freeing, builds trust in yourself, and offer some surprises!

This is a great workshop for you if you are feeling stressed, bored, or disconnected from yourself. Take a few hours and nurture your creative spirit while immersed in the beauty of nature!

No art experience necessary. All are welcome. All art materials will be provided, however if you have a journal you would like to use, you are welcome to bring it. 

Note: We will be sitting on the ground, and you may want to bring a blanket or other item to use. Please also bring water, a hat, and a sense of curiosity!
