About the event
Seasonal markers offer a natural moment to pause and notice what is shifting in our lives.
In this workshop welcoming the Spring Equinox, we’ll gather to mark the point in the year when day and night are in balance and the natural world begins to move toward spring. It’s a useful time to slow down and consider what might be emerging in our own lives as well. Whether we recognize it or not, we too experience seasonal shifts in line with the natural world.
Working with materials from nature and simple art tools, we’ll explore the this moment in time through creative expression. The workshop will include time for art-making, reflection and connection, allowing for individual and group experiences.
No artistic experience is needed. The focus isn’t on creating finished artwork, but on using creativity as a way to notice, explore, and express what’s present for you.
