About the event
We will engage in activities designed to stimulate your imagination, expand your self-awareness, and awaken your authentic voice. From mindful reflections to hands-on art-making, each moment is an opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom discover new possibilities. And of course, have fun!
This workshop is open to individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds. No prior art experience is necessary—just an open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to embrace the transformative power of expressive arts. This is a process-based experience, with no critique or judgment of any artistic expression.
There will be some walking and sitting, and participants are encouraged to bring water and if they wish, something to sit on. All materials will be provided, however, if you have a journal you wish to use for the writing portion, you are welcome to bring it with you.
