Using ink and other creative tools we will explore a number of ways to approach creative journaling. More than a diary and not quite an art journal, creative journaling lets you approach reflection and self-expression from a number of different starting points. We will try several prompts together, and you will leave with a handout of more creative starts to use at home. 

What to expect:
