About the event
We will use this fabulous park to inspire our creative expression. Exploring the art, each person will find pieces that call to them, and use colors and mark-making to respond and reflect. Low-pressure, intuitive, fun, and nourishing, this workshop will help you slow down and be present, tune into yourself, and find what sparks you.
All art materials are provided, however you are welcome to bring a journal if you would like.
Socrates Sculpture Park is such an inspiring place, bringing art and nature together while supporting artists in the production and presentation of public art.
All of our workshops are for everyone over age 16. No previous art or writing experience, skills, and confidence is EVER required.
Note: there will be walking and sitting on the ground. Please wear comfortable clothes, carry water, and if you would like, bring something to sit on.
